In order to be sure NCHS is always able to provide the God-honoring schooling we are designed for, we need help in each of these three areas:
- Prayer for our school and our students to thrive.
- Partnerships for our students to have community involvement and develop a heart for service.
- Funding for us to continue to meet our high standards and provide the best educational opportunities for our students.

Today has been an exceptional day for our NCHS students. We had the opportunity to serve our community once again by participating in The Blessing of the Hunt, sponsored by Cornerstone Church. The well-attended event drew over 500 people to the NEMO fairgrounds in Kirksville. This morning, we assisted with event setup, and this evening, we served desserts for a free-will offering and sold 50/50 raffle tickets. The proceeds from both will benefit NCHS for educational needs. These events help our students understand the importance of giving back and being part of a community. Great job Defenders.
Staff Spotlight: We are thrilled to announce Mrs. Hosanna Krueger as this week's Staff Spotlight. Mrs. Krueger, new to NCHS this year, teaches English to our entire high school student body. Her engaging lessons and daily challenges prepare students for success in college. We extend our gratitude to Mrs. Krueger for joining the NCHS team this year.
NCHS would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Adam Durham and Dr. Lawrence Jaske for their selfless service and sacrifices in protecting our nation's freedoms and way of life. Both individuals serve as inspiring examples for our students and are deeply respected.
